When a user has received a message, an announcement message will flash atop the user's web browser. To read the new message, double-click on the 'New Message' displayed in the Messages tab on the Landing Page. 
Users may occasionally receive messages from the PCR-360 application. Consider the example posed by the Admin function 'Generate Bill'. It can take the application some time to generate a large, organization-wide billing report.
Upon completion of the application process, the User will see the the announcement message displayed in the bottom-right corner of their web browser.

This Landing Page tab provides users with a quick link to My Service Desk. My Service Desk lists those Service Desk items for which the User serves as the Customer Service Rep (CSR). To access the Grid, click once on the item in the Open Service Desk Item tab on the Landing Page.
