Service Requests can only be Canceled if they are still Pending. Once they have been converted to Service Orders a CSR will have to Void the Order if the work is no longer desired.

If the User is curious about the status of their item, they can click on the Request UpdateImage Removed image-20240625-155701.pngImage Added button, so that they can send their CSR a message. The message will be sent to the CSR and the User can review the Activity on the item's Activity section.
