After all the fields have been satisfied, click the 
button at the bottom of the form.
To reset the Service Desk Number to 00001, click the 
button. Once the sequence is reset, it cycles through the existing numbers to find an open one if the system attempts to save a number that already exists.
WARNING: Resetting the Service Desk Number sequence should not be done frequently as it could cause problems identifying Service Desk entries. This is typically done once per year at the beginning of each year and can be set on a schedule to happen automatically. This setting is available during application implementation.
If a User clicks 
it is immediately reset. The YYYY value will auto-reset at the end of the fiscal year, which is set implicitly by the Fiscal Start since Fiscal Start is 06/16 fiscal end is 06/15. The digits are handled in the INI with the default being 5 and if they go to 99999 it will automatically add a digit for 100000
