1. Navigate to Admin > AdHoc Grids > Manage Grids.

2. Click the  button.

3. Enter the desired SQL Statement 
   
   

4. Click the button to run the Query, to confirm the desired output is provided.

5. Click the Image Modified button, on the Saved Queries tab to save the query for use later.

6. Click the button to open the Add New Grid form, which will also move the previously run Query so it is not needed to be re-entered.

7. Provide a Name, Description, as well as any desired Role Permissions and any other customizations to the look of the new Grid.

8. Click the

   Status
   title Unknown Attachment

   button to save the Grid.
