PCR-360 makes it easy for Customers to select Service(s) they would like with the Service shopping page. These selections can be submitted as a Request to the Customer Service Reps to work on. Administrators can set what Services the Users can see on the CustomerCenter with the Orderable flag in the Services Catalog. Services can also be made unavailable by having their Service Catalog status set to be inactive.

CustomerCenter gives Users two options to select Services that they would like to have installed.

  1. Click the Add a Service link from the Getting Started form, when a user first navigates into the CustomerCenter. All of the available Services in the Organization are displayed.

  2. Click the 'Shopping' link in the menu and then click Services to open the Services Categories page, and allows the User to select a Service.

Note: The link may not say "Shopping" if the menu is customized. All shopping pages can have permissions assigned to them, so it is possible that not everyone will be able to see this page

Services will show two types of Charges that can relate to them: the Onetime charge exampleImage ModifiedCharge and the Monthly charge exampleImage Modified Charges.  

Once a User selects the Service they want, they can adjust the quantity being requested, then click the RequestImage Modifiedbutton to add the Service to the cart.

The Cart will update the number as well as show a thumbnail of the most recently added item to the Cart.

Adding a Task Action

The The 'Task' Action  Action type will allow a User to create a one-time Actions on  on a Service Order, which can be Billed independently of the rest of the Order. Users add Task Actions in the same way they add a Service.

Adding a Service to a new or existing Request

Users can add services to new or existing Request. Once a User selects a Service they want, click the Requestbutton to activate the pop-up menu. You then have the option to "Create a new Request" or you can select one of your "Saved Requests". If you select an existing request, the service will be added to that request. Categories with multiple services may continue to be nested with multiple Services under them.
