Call Detail Errors
The Call Detail Errors grid is available for displaying any exceptions that occurred during a Call Details Import. These Exceptions include:
Billing Errors
Rating Errors
Duplicate Records
Other Errors
This grid is very similar to the Call Detailsgrid, except it loads with pre-applied filters to display Errors.

A User can view the raw data of the Import File by clicking the button. If the record was manually entered the User gets a message that reflects that it's a manually entered record. Otherwise, the User is able to view the record's raw data.

Reprocess Rating Errors
The button reprocesses "Rating Errors", such as missing Call Rates or failures to determine the Call Type during the Rating Process.

Due to the large quantity of data typically associated with Call Details, there is an automatic Data Archiving function that runs on the Call Details records. When there is an Archives available, it shows up to the User in a drop-down selection on the grid:

Call Detail Errors can also be manually archived by selecting them in the grid and clicking on the button. This process only works for Calls either in a Billed status or an Error status.

The following is a listing of the Call Statuses and what they mean:
Duplicate - Same Call Start Time, Duration, Origination Number, and Destination Number as a previous Call. Duplicates do not appear on the Bill.
Error - An error occurred during the Import File processing. This will re-try each night.
Unrecoverable Error - An error that cannot be fixed, so it will not try again each night.
Rating Error - An error during Rating. This will re-try each night.
Billing Error - Indicates an error during Billing.
