After the Request is submitted, it is set to Pending Approval. Request Tracking is available for Users to view the current status of their submitted Requests. Users can see their Pending Requests on the Cart page by selecting the drop down menu, and choosing the "Pending Approval" option. The Approval process gives a Coordinator a chance to review any Request that originates from the CustomerCenter before the Request is submitted to the Requests grid.
