Menu > Reporting > Bills/Calls > Zero/Low Calls

- Define a date range to search.
- Users can type in the range requested.
- A User uses the selection feature. Simply click in the Date Range box to bring up a wide range of date options.
- Select the optional Service Host
- Define the Thresholds for Call Count and Duration of the Call.
- The Call Count Threshold allows a User to define what constitutes a low call volume
- The Duration Threshold allows a User to set all calls shorter than the Threshold, in seconds, to be ignored by the Report.
- Click the button.
- When the Report is complete, the system will send the User the Report through the Messaging System.
