Zero Calls

Menu > Reporting > Bills/Calls > Zero/Low Calls

Users may want to be able to identify unused Phones or Authorization Codes over a period of time to control costs in large organizations. This can help locate infrastructure that is better used elsewhere. The Zero/Low Calls report makes this task as simple as possible.

  1. Define a date range to search.
    1. Users can type in the range requested. Date Example
    2. A User uses the selection feature. Simply click in the Date Range box to bring up a wide range of date options.

  2. Select the optional Service Host
  3. Define the Thresholds for Call Count and Duration of the Call.
    1. The Call Count Threshold allows a User to define what constitutes a low call volume
    2. The Duration Threshold allows a User to set all calls shorter than the Threshold, in seconds, to be ignored by the Report.
  4. Click the Generate Report button.
  5. When the Report is complete, the system will send the User the Report through the Messaging System.

Zero/Low Calls Report Details

The Zero/Low Report is generated as a CSV file containing Calls from Phone and Authorization Code Services, and has the following information:

  • Services Recid
  • Service ID
  • Service Catalog
  • Status Date
  • Last Call Datetime
  • Call Count
  • Location
  • Owner
  • GLA
  • Rating Group (if this configuration is turned on)
  • Service Host
