(v1) Archive Log


The Archive Log grid reflects all the attempts to Archive Service Desk records.

To navigate to the Archive Log grid go to Admin > Service Desk > Archive Log.

Successful attempts will contain a record with the SD Number of the Service Desk record that was Archived as well as a Green check mark in the Success column. The Message column will reflect the message that was written by the User when the Archive Event was manually triggered.

Failed Archive attempts will reflect a red X mark in the Success column along with a Message to indicate why the Archive Event failed.

Records in the Archive Log will be retained according to the Configuration Option ARCHIVE_LOG_RETENTION. These records will never be retained longer than 365 days.
