(v1) 360 View: Departmental Hierarchy

The 'Manage Departmental Hierarchy 360 View' form will provide the User with a 360 Degree view of a given Dept. Hierarchy. From this form, the User will be able to see the Dept. Hierarchy's 'Profile' as well as all the 'Contacts', 'Services', 'Equipment', 'Billing', and 'Service Desk' items associated with the Departmental Hierarchy.

Buttons

  • Add Remark button - will allow the User to create a 'Remark' on the Dept. Hierarchy Record.
  • Prev button - moves to the Previous Dept. Hierarchy record in the grid.
  • Next button - moves to the Next Dept. Hierarchy record in the grid.

Contacts

The 'Contacts' tab will list all the Contacts that are associated with the Dept. Hierarchy.

The '360 View' button will open the 'Contacts 360 View' form for the selected Dept. Hierarchy.

Services

The 'Services' tab will show all the Services associated with the Dept. Hierarchy.

The '360 View' button will open the 'Service 360 View' form for the selected Service.

The 'Create New Service' button will open the 'Add New Service Order' wizard form. This will create an 'Add' action for the Service on a new Service Order.

The 'Create Service Order' button will open the 'Add New Service Order' wizard form. The Type of Action will depend on whether 'Charge' or 'Remove' is selected in the grid.

The 'Report Incident' button will open the 'Add New Incident' wizard form.

Equipment

The 'Equipment' tab will show all the Equipment associated with the Dept. Hierarchy.

The '360 View' button will open the 'Manage Equipment 360 View' form for the selected Equipment.

The 'Report Incident' button will open the 'Add New Incident' wizard form to create an Incident for the given piece of Equipment.

Billing

The 'Billing' tab will show all the Bills associated with the Dept. Hierarchy.

The 'View Bill' button will open the Bill from the given date range.

Service Desk

The 'Service Desk' tab will show all the Service Desk items that are associated with the Dept. Hierarchy.

The User can click the 'Edit Selected' button to edit the Service Desk item. The Service Desk form will open and be editable per the normal Service Desk rules.
