CustomerCenter Call Details page

General Details

The Call Details page, accessible under the Billing section of the Main Menu, allows Customers to view call records over a period of time. By default, the page will display call record results within the current month. The Customer may modify the search parameters to include a different date range, in addition, enabling search functionality for specific Phone Numbers and Auth Codes. There is also the ability to export and download the resulting call records in CSV format.

  • If it is a very large data set, only the first 5,000 records will be exported.
  • The Call Details page will only show up to the last three months of calls.

Users with approved access Call Details can do so by the following navigation points:

  • From the Getting Started window on the main CustomerCenter page, click on the View My Calls link.
  • From the CustomerCenter: Billing > Call Details

Permissions

Depending on Organizational classifications, Call Details may contain sensitive information, that general Customers or Guests should not have access to. To ensure unwanted Users can not access this information, this page can be restricted to only privileged Users.

The CC_CALL_DETAILS parameter controls which calls are shown when a CustomerCenter user views their call details.
