360 View Services
The 'Manage Service 360 View' form will provide the User with a 360 Degree view of a given Service. From this form the User will be able to see the Service's 'Details', as well as the 'Equipment', 'Contacts', 'Billing', 'Service Desk', 'Charges', and 'Cabling' items associated with the Service.
All Services in PCR-360 will reflect on the 'Manage Service 360 View' form. This includes the Phone Services, Data Services, Auth Code, Backbone Services, Trunk Services, and Other Services.
Buttons
- Change Order button - will allow the User to create a 'Change Order' for the given Service record.
- Remove Order button - will allow the User to create a 'Remove Order' for the given Service record.
- Incident button - will allow the User to create an 'Incident' for the given Service record.
- Add Remark button - will allow the User to create a 'Remark' on the Service Record.
- Prev button - moves to the Previous Service record in the grid.
- Next button - moves to the Next Service record in the grid.
Details
The 'Details' tab will show primary information like the 'Data Details', 'Service', and any 'Remarks' associated with the Service.
In the 'Data Details' section, the User will see the Bandwidth and the Backbone Service. In the 'Service' section, the User will see the Name, Description, Location(s), SLA, and Active Service Host. All the Remarks will reflect in the Remarks section.
Equipment
The 'Equipment' tab will list all of the Equipment associated with the Service.
The '360 View' button will open the 'Equipment 360 View' form for the selected Service.
The 'Report Incident' button will open the 'Add New Incident' wizard form to create an Incident for the given Service.
Contacts
The 'Contacts' tab will list all the Contacts that are associated with the Service.
The '360 View' button will open the 'Contacts 360 View' form for the selected Service.
Billing
The 'Billing' tab will show all the Bills associated with the Service.
The 'View Bill' button will open the Bill from the given date range.
Service Desk
The 'Service Desk' tab will show all the Service Desk items that are associated with the Service.
The User can click the 'Edit Selected' button to edit the Service Desk item. The Service Desk form will open and be editable per the normal Service Desk rules.
Charges
The 'Charges' tab will reflect any Charges on the Service. From here, the Charges can be reported on easily.
Cabling
On the 'Cabling' tab, there is a grid where all the Cables associated with the Service will be reflected.
The 'View Path' button will open the Path in a new tab.
