Charge GLA Conflicts Report
The 'Charge GLA Conflicts Report' can be found in Reporting > Bills/Calls > Charge GLA Conflicts. This grid report shows all Charges that have a GLA different from the Source's Charged Item's Default GLA. For example, if a Charge on a Service has an Override GLA it would be different from the Service's default GLA and would be displayed in the Report.
If a User clicks on the button, then PCR-360 will open the Manage Form related to the source of the Charge.
The User also has access to the Importable Charge RECID, which indicates the RECID associated to the GLA, Service, Equipment, or Service Desk record for the Charge, so the User can quickly reference the RECID to provide to an Import File to update the record.
Charge Type Selector
To optimize the performance of this Grid, the Charge Type Selector allows the User to view just Charges of a specific type. When multiple different Charge Types are selected, the Grid will begin to experience some slowness.
