Open Service Desk

By Type and Due Date

Displays a pie chart indicating the number of Service Desk items of the type selected which are either approaching their due date or are past their due date by a defined threshold.

By Type and SLA

Displays a vertical bar chart of the amount of Service Desk items of the selected types are in each selected SLA.

By Type and Service Catalog

Displays a vertical bar chart of the amount of Service Desk items of the selected types are in each selected Service Catalog.

By Type and Service Rep. (CSR)

Displays a vertical bar chart of the amount of Service Desk items of the selected types for each CSR.

By Type and Assigned Workers in Workgroup

Displays a vertical bar chart of the amount of Service Desk items of the selected types in each Workgroup.

By Type and Workgroup

Displays a vertical bar chart of the amount of Service Desk items of the selected types in each Workgroup. Clicking on the results will allow the user to view the Assigned Workers, Completed Workers, Assigned Workgroups, and Completed Workgroups of each record in that graph section.

SLA Metrics For Worker

Displays a Meter Gauge which shows the percentage of completed Service Desk items which were completed within the SLA. This can be for an individual worker or an entire workgroup and may be delimited by the Service Desk Type and the selected date/date range. You have the option to display the percentage of Workflow Completed, Service Desk Completed, or Service Desk Finalized.

SLA Metrics By Workers

Can display either a vertical bar chart or a line graph of the percentage over time Service Desk items completed within the SLA for the selected workers. The percentage can be calculated using either when the work was completed, when the Service Desk item was completed, or when the Service Desk item was finalized.

Closed Service Desk

Trending Time to Close by Type

Can display either a vertical bar chart or a line graph. This displays the trending amount of time the selected Service Desk types will close by within the selected date range. The results for each interval are based on the average type and the group by date selected.

Inventory

Total at Re-Order Pnt by Warehouse

Displays a meter gauge of the amount of equipment in the specified warehouse are at or below the reorder threshold. Equipment are deemed to be below their reorder threshold if they do not have enough inventory on hand and on order for orders pending at the set reorder point.

Item Urgent Re-Order by Warehouse

Displays a meter gauge of the amount of equipment in the specified warehouse are at or below the included threshold.

Inventory Approaching Re-Order Point

Displays items in inventory which are approaching their reorder point. This widget lets you set a “reorder threshold” which is the point at which the inventory is flagged as needing to be reordered.

Cable Status

Displays a pie chart of the status of the Pairs or Strands of the specified cable.

Cable Status By Cable

Displays a vertical bar chart of the status of the Pairs or Strands of the specified cables.

Cable Capacity

Displays a meter gauge displaying the percentage of the Cable Pair Strands that are either under utilized or near capacity.

Cable Capacity Alert

Displays an alert notification of the Cable's whose Pait/Strands are either under utilized or near capacity.

Cabling Equipment Status By Equipment

Displays a vertical bar chart displaying the status percentages of the selected equipment.

Cabling Equipment Capacity

Displays a meter gauge displaying the percentage of the selected Cabling Equipment whose Ports/Pins/Lens are either under utilized or near capacity.

Cabling Equipment Capacity Alert

Displays an alert notification for Cabling Equipment whose Ports/Pins/Lens are under utilized or critically under utilized.

Bill Totals

Displays a line graph or vertical bar chart for the selected Bill Totals within the specified time frame.

Call Details

Call Metrics

Displays a line graph or vertical bar chart for the specified call metrics (Call Count, Duration, or Average Duration) over the specified time frame. The columns are grouped by the specified Interval amount and the results are delimited by the specified Call Types.

Call Metrics By Status

Displays a line graph or vertical bar chart of the amount of specified call status within the specified time frame. The columns are grouped by the specified Interval amount and the results are delimited by the specified Call Types.
