Getting The Count

The Count Report displays the total number of items found on the current grid results.  Until the Count Report is triggered by the user, the grid will display "Data Loaded" at the bottom of the grid.

By clicking the Grid Count button on any Grid footer, the User is able to trigger the Count Report, and see the result at the bottom of the grid it was triggered on, replacing the previously displayed "Data Loaded" message.  When filtering on the Grid is updated the count will be reset, so the User will need to once more retrieve the updated count. If a 'Report' is run on a Grid, PCR-360 will automatically retrieve the number of records found.

Paging Through A Grid

Because the Row Count is not displayed to a User on Grids within PCR-360, Users can only page through long lists of results of a Grid by manually moving through the results one page at a time.  There is no way to jump arbitrarily to whatever page a User might wish to view. To swiftly locate records, it is recommenced to apply multiple filters, and adjust how the records are sorted in such a way that the desired records are moved closer to the top of the results.  For more information on Grids, please view the our getting started page for Grid functionality.

If a User navigates beyond the range of found results, the Grid will display as though no results were located.  Paging back will return the User to the last results that were displayed.
