(2022.1) Printing Charts from the Landing Page

Users can print also any chart on the Landing Page.

Each chart widget has a 'Print' icon next to the widget title that, once clicked, prompts the user to confirm the print action in a new form. Once the 'Print' button is clicked, the form will close.

Important:

The printable chart option is NOT available to users that access PCR-360 from Internet Explorer 8 or older. It is recommended that users employ the latest version of Internet Explorer to access PCR-360. All browsers partially block the opening of a new browser window when attempting to print a dashboard widget, because of the browser's built-in pop-up blocker. The result is the print window opens and appears to be a blank page. If you close it and immediately click the print icon again it will print as expected.
