Getting Started

This page is a tool designed to help you learn the basics of PCR-360 and how to navigate throughout the software. Each link below will take you to the corresponding page within the wiki. The ideal usage is to help train new employees as well refresh the skills of current employees. We encourage you to print this page as an easy way for employees to be able to access it. The wiki is designed as a 'How To' reference guide that helps you accomplish specific tasks. Each section of PCR-360 has an easy to access links that can be located on the PCR-360 Product Documentation page (https://confluence.pcr.com/pcr360/latest). You may also search the wiki by using the search bar located in the upper right-hand corner of the wiki.

Basics

 Key Navigational Tools - This page explains how the Menu navigation tabs work within PCR-360.

 Help Slide-Out - The Help Slide-Out allows Users to search the Confluence Wiki documentation from inside PCR-360. 

 The Data Entry Form - When an item on a Grid is opened, the User is presented with the Data Entry Form for that particular item. Users can view and edit the item's data. 

 360 View - 360 View is a powerful tool that helps Users easily search through the organizations' data and understand precisely how their data and resources interact.

 Using Bookmarks - Bookmarks allow Users to access PCR-360 content from any page as well as external websites. 

The Grid

Static Checklist The Grid - Most of the areas within PCR-360 contain Grids. This page helps Users learn to navigate and understand how the Grid works to easily access their data. 

Grid Basics Video Tutorials - A group of instructional videos to help Users learn the basics of using The Grid.

 The Count Report - The Count Report will display a total of items found on a current Grid based on the results requested. 

 Trees, Roots, and Nodes - This page explains how Users can organize items hierarchically along a tree.

CustomerCenter

CustomerCenter - The CustomerCenter is a Customer facing interface of PCR-360.

Inventory Management

 Inventory - The Inventory module allows Users access and insight into the Equipment currently owned or in use by their organization.

 Equipment - The page gives further instruction on how to Add, Update, and Remove Equipment from your organization.
