There are two ways to create a Quick Tick.

1. Click the "'Quick Tick" ' Image Added icon next to the 360 search. Image Removed
   1. Choose the type 'Type'
   2. Enter information into any required fields.
   3. Click the 'Save and Close' button.
2. Go Navigate to Main > Service Desk > Quick Tick.
   1. Click the 'Add' button.
   2. Enter information into any required fields.
   3. Click the 'Save and Close' button.
