Please noteNote: This wiki addresses the somewhat rare instances where individual pieces of Equipment need to be modified. Users should consider deleting an erroneous Service and creating a new one in some instances as well. We recommend updating existing Inventory using Service Desk to reflect changes or moved Equipment. If a global edit for Equipment is needed, Users should make edits in the Catalog.
Go to: Main > Inventory > Equipment.
- On the Inventory Grid, highlight any existing piece of Equipment and click the Edit Selected button
or double click to record to open the Manage Equipment form. File:Edit equipment form.png
- Users can edit the Equipment information using the same procedure as Creating a New Piece of Equipment article.
