button and in the Add New Import File Format Form, click on the Record Type Field and select the 'Usage' Record Type.
In the 'Record Formats' Tab click on the 'Add'button to get to the 'Add New Import File 'Record Format' Form.

You can change the name of a Usage Type as well as add new Usage types by going to Admin > System Tables > List Values
Service Type:
If a value for this is selected, then only that type of service will be searched for when we are looking up the service that the Usage will be billed to.
Note: The PCR-360 default values for Usage Type are Data Storage and Bandwidth. However, you can add as many new values as you like.
