  1. Go to 'Admin > Imports / Exports > Export Files'
  2. Select the 'E911' Record from the Grid, then click the 'Edit Selected' button Edit Selected Image Modified button.


  3. Select the Header or Foot that is desired to be edited, then click the Edit Selected button.  Typically the File Number is stored in the Header.

  4. Locate the record from the Grid that has 'Column Type' of 'File Sequence'

  5. Update the 'Constant Value' field to be the desired File Number.  Then click the Save button.
