Submit Request
The 'Submit Request' page lists all of the Services and Equipment and Packages that are in the Cart. Services, Equipment, and Packages that are associated with each other will be grouped together. Otherwise each item may have it's own stand-alone line in the Submit Request page. For each piece of Equipment, Users have the option to link and unlink Services and Equipment together by clicking on the 'Link' icon () icon under the 'Delete' (
) icon.
To submit a new Request first, submit Order Details for each Service, Equipment, or Package.

When a Request is submitted successfully the User receives a summary of Request that was submitted. Request Tracking is available for Users to view the current status of their submitted Requests.
