The 'Submit Request' page lists all of the Services and Equipment and Packages that are in the Cart. Services, Equipment, and Packages that are associated with each other will be grouped together. Otherwise, each item may have it's its own stand-alone line in the Submit Request page. For each piece of Equipment, Users have the option to link and unlink Services and Equipment together by clicking on the Link () icon under the Delete (
) icon.
To submit a new Request first, submit Order Details for each Service, Equipment, or Package.
