Menu > Reporting > Bills/Calls > Zero/Low Calls

Users may want to be able to identify unused phone lines over a period of time to control costs in large organizations. This can help locate infrastructure that is better used elsewhere. The Zero/Low Calls report makes this task as simple as possible.

1. Define a date range to search.

   1. use the selection feature. Simply click in the Date Range box to bring up a wide range of date options.

2. Simply select Select the Service Host and Generate Report. Image Removed
3. Define the Thresholds for Call Count and Duration of the Call.
4. Click the Image Added button.
