The Archive Log grid reflects all the attempts to Archive Service Desk records.
To navigate to the Archive Log grid go to Admin > Service Desk > Archive Log.

Records in the Archive Log will be retained according to the Configuration Option ARCHIVE_LOG_RETENTION. These records will never be retained longer then than 365 days.
