This grid allows you to maintain the list of Service Pools. These pools can be used to group Services(IDs) together. PCR-360 does not keep a standalone list of Service IDs; instead, we have all Services (Active, Available, Inactive, etc) listed in the Services section. These services can be applied to a generic catalog and belong to multiple pools. When made Active either manually or from Service Desk, there is no maintenance required on a list of Service IDs. The number remains in the pool it started in but is just not available for new requests. And when taken out of service and made Inactive the number remains in its pool even after the aging process.

Drain Pool
The
button will allow a User to dissociate ALL services from a given pool. Simply select the pool that needs to have its Services removed, and click the 'Drain Pool' button. Once clicked, the Services will be emptied and the 'Pool' can be used for other purposes. This will only remove the Services, not the associated 'Service Catalogs'....
This restriction becomes present most noticeably on Service Desk Upgrade/Downgrade Actions when a User attempts to change the Service Catalog of the Service but attempts to change the Service Catalog through Bulk Updates or the API are also limited by this restriction.
