To run a given report and view a PDF Preview of the data:

  1. Go to Main > Reporting > Available Crystal Reports

  2. Double click the report, or select the report and click View Report Image Modified

  3. If report parameters are required, enter them and click OK Image Modified

Saving a Historical Version

To save the historical data after running a report:

  1. Run the desired report

  2. Click Save to History

  3. Enter the report Description and click Save

Exporting a Crystal Report

  1. Run the desired report

  2. Click

  2. Choose the desired format

  3. Click

  2. Click OK (The report will be downloaded by your browser)

Emailing a report

  1. Run the desired report

  2. Click

  2. Enter the To email address

  3. Change the Message and Format of the report if desired

Bookmarking a Report

To bookmark a given report:

  1. Go to Main > Reporting > Available Crystal Reports

  2. Select the report, then click the 'Bookmark Report' Image Modified button.

Note: The bookmark will show up in the bottom/southern 360 pane along with any other system bookmarks you’ve created.

To see the author of a given report, it’s direct URL or parameter list:

  1. Go to Main > Reporting > Available Crystal Reports

  2. Select the report, then click 'Information' Image Modified button.

Running a Report

To run a report:

  1. Go to Main > Reporting > Historical Crystal Reports

  2. Select the report and click the 'View Report' Image Modified button. After the report is run you can Export and Email the report as specified above.
