To run a given report and view a PDF Preview of the data:
Go to Main > Reporting > Available Crystal Reports
Double click the report, or select the report and click View Report
If report parameters are required, enter them and click OK
Saving a Historical Version
To save the historical data after running a report:
Run the desired report
Click Save to History
Enter the report Description and click Save
Exporting a Crystal Report
Run the desired report
Click

Export
Choose the desired format
Click

Export
Click OK (The report will be downloaded by your browser)
Emailing a report
Run the desired report
Click

Email
Enter the To email address
Change the Message and Format of the report if desired

Send
Bookmarking a Report
To bookmark a given report:
Go to Main > Reporting > Available Crystal Reports
Select the report, then click the 'Bookmark Report'
button.
Note: The bookmark will show up in the bottom/southern 360 pane along with any other system bookmarks you’ve created.

To see the author of a given report, it’s direct URL or parameter list:
Go to Main > Reporting > Available Crystal Reports
Select the report, then click 'Information'
