When a Port/Pin/Len is selected on the grid you may click the Edit Selected Image Removed button to the Edit Selected buttonImage Added to open the 'Manage Ports/Pins/Lens' form.

Delete Selected

The Delete Selected Image Removed button on By clicking the Delete Selected buttonImage Added on the grid will remove the PPL from the associated Equipment record and Delete delete the Ports/Pins/Lens record.

If the Ports/Pins/Lens record is currently on a Service Desk item the User can select the Ports/Pins/Lens record and click the Service Desk Image Removed button to click the Service Desk buttonImage Added to see that Service Desk item. If there is not a Service Desk item associated with the record then the Service Desk button will return the and information box stating as such.

View Path

  • The View PathImage Removed button By clicking the View Path buttonImage Added, the User will open up the Cable: View Path report that the given Ports/Pins/Lens record appears on.
  • For a Ports/Pins/Lens record to have a Path associated with it it must first have a Status of Assigned.
