Buttons
Change Order button - will allow the User to create a 'Change Order' for the given Service record.
Remove Order button - will allow the User to create a 'Remove Order' for the given Service record.
Incident button - will allow the User to create an 'Incident' for the given Service record.
Add Remark button - will allow the User to create a 'Remark' on the Service Record.
Prev button - moves to the Previous Service record in the grid.
Next button - moves to the Next Service record in the grid.

The 'Equipment' tab will list all of the Equipment associated with the Service.
The '360 View' button will will open the 'Equipment 360 View' form for the selected Service.
The 'Report Incident' button will open the 'Add New Incident' wizard form to create an Incident for the given Service.
