To avoid confusion PCR recommends to first download the file.
Open Excel and click the “Data” tab on the Ribbon.
Click “From Text” to open up the file browser and select your CSV file you downloaded.
Select “Delimited” and click “Next”.
Select “Comma” on the next page and click “Next”.
Finally, make sure the Port/Pin/Len column is highlighted and choose “Text”, then click “Finish”.
This should remove the formatting and open the spreadsheet correctly.
