Comment: Clarify scheduling conditions for old-version issues

PCR-360 can be upgraded at any time that the customer chooses. PCR does not force upgrades on customers. However, it is recommended that upgrades are done as often soon as possible in order to take advantage of improved application features. PCR supports bug fixes for the current and the newest previous version. Bugs in older versions will be identified, but identified but will only researched for the most current versions. Bugs in older versions will be identified, but will only researched for the most current versions. A bug in an older version may have already been fixed in a current version. However, if a bug is found in an older version the bug will be fixed in the newer version and not in an unsupported version. For example, bug fixes for 2019.1 and. 2018.1 are supported for PCR-360. If you currently have version 2.1.4.7 and you find a bug, that bug will be addressed in 2018.1 and 2019.1. and not 2.1.4.7be investigated and scheduled for fixes in a current supported or upcoming release. For example, if the current production release is 2019.3, then 2019.3 and 2019.2 are actively supported with hotfixes. Issues found in older versions will be scheduled based on their severity as either a fix in a future release or a hotfix to a supported release.
