Zero Calls
Users may want to be able to identify unused phone lines over a period of time to control costs in large organizations. This can help locate infrastructure that is better used elsewhere. The Zero/Low Calls report makes this task as simple as possible.
- Define a date range to search.
- Users can type in the range requested.
or - A User could also use the selection feature. Simply click in the Date Range box to bring up a wide range of date options.
- Simply select the Service Host and Generate Report.
