Purpose

The ServiceDesk Service Request Approved Notification is used to alert stakeholders that the Request has been Approved and that the Request process can move forward.

Recipient

The ##SD_OWNER_EMAIL## placeholder will insert the email of the Owner (either Contact or Department Hierarchy ) into the To: field of the email and is always included.
The ##COORDINATOR_EMAILS## placeholder will insert the emails of the Coordinators of the Department and is only included if a Coordinator is assigned to a Department.

Subject

The ##SD_NUMBER## placeholder will insert the SD item's number into the subject line and is always included.

Content

The ##SD_APPROVER## placeholder will insert the approver's name and is always included in the email.
The boilerplate text "has approved one or more charge accounts on a service request for which you are the Owner." will be appended to the Approver's name.
The ##SDAPPROVALSTATUS## placeholder will insert the Status of the Request once the Approval has been recorded and is always included in the email.
The ##DATE## placeholder will insert the Date that the Approval was recorded and is always included in the email.
The ##DESCRIPTION## placeholder will insert the Description of the Request and will only be included if there is a Description of the Request.
The ##SDCREATIONDATE## placeholder will insert the creation date for the Request and is always included in the email.
The ##REMARKS## placeholder will insert any Remarks that are added to the approval are only included in the email if Remarks are made.
