ServiceDesk Item Assigned

Purpose

This ServiceDesk Item Assigned Notification will send out an email whenever a Service Rep is assigned to the given Service Desk item.

Recipient

The ##CSR_EMAIL## placeholder will insert the email of the Contact that is set as the Service Rep on the Service Desk item and is always included.

Content

The boilerplate text of "You have been assigned as CSR to an SD item." is included at the top of the Notification by default.

The ##SD_LINK## placeholder inserts a URL link to the SD Item and is always included in the email.
The ##TYPE## placeholder will insert the type of the Service Desk item that the Service Rep was assigned to and is always included in the email.
The ##DESCRIPTION## placeholder will insert the Description from the Service Desk item and is only included if there is a value in that field.
The ##SOURCE## placeholder will insert the Source of the Service Desk item and is always included in the email.
