Zero Calls

Users may want to be able to identify unused phone lines over a period of time to control costs in large organizations. This can help locate infrastructure that is better used elsewhere. The Zero Calls report makes this task as simple as possible.

1. Define a date range to search.
2. Users can type in the range requested.  or
3. A User could also use the selection feature. Simply click in the Date Range box to bring up a wide range of date options.
   
4. Simply select the Service Host and Generate Report.
