When there is a need to remove equipment from the On Hand amount in the Warehouse, Bulk Update can be used to accomplish this task. In order to remove equipment from the On Hand amount, a Non-Available Status must be chosen. The Status Dropdown for Bulk Update that contains the Non-Available Statuses is found here after either the 'Bulk Update Selected'  button or the 'Bulk Update All'  button is selected.

The following Statuses are considered to be "Unavailable" Statuses and have the ability to remove Equipment from the On-Hand Status Column in the Warehouse:

  • Assigned
  • Retired
  • Broken
  • Lost
  • On Order
  • Returned
  • Staged
  • Picked Up
  • Installed

Note: The 'Unassigned' Status will remove Equipment from the other Statuses and insert them back into the 'On Hand' Status in the Warehouse with Bulk Update.
