Permitted GLA
Datatype is Hierarchical String.
Default value is blank.
The Permitted GLA values are GLAs that are appended to the list of GLA Permissions. Values can include NONE which removes all entries in the list and adds the 'Permit None' record or ALL which removes all entries in the list. Adding any GLA to the list removes the Permit None record. If you want to add several Permitted GLAs, they must each be on a separate line of the Import File.

When an Import Line fails, it is usually because the Line falls into one of the following categories:
The value provided from another table was not found or multiple matches found within the Database
Toggle cloak Cloak - Error : Could not find the Billing Group '<BillingGroup>'
- Error : Could not find the Default SLA '<SLA>'
- Error : Could not find the Default Incident SLA '<SLA>'
- Error : Could not find the Default GLA '<GLA>'
- Error : Could not find the Permission GLA '<GLA>'
- Error : Invalid parent Dept Hierarchy Code <DeptHierarchyCode>
- Error : Default GLA is a different format than Billing Group GLA
- Error : Permitted GLA is a different format than Billing Group GLA
- Error : Coordinator Contact '<CUSTOMER_NUMBER>' is not a Coordinator
A blank value was provided, for a field with a required value
Toggle cloak Cloak - Error : Missing or Blank Dept Hierarchy Code
- Error : Missing Billing Group for New Dept Hierarchy
The System was unable to save the record

If you experience any of these Errors, without another accompanying Message about what might have caused the Save Failure, please submit a Ticket to PCR.
