Submit Request

Cart Page ExampleImage Removed

The 'Submit Request' page lists all of the Services and Equipment and Packages that are in the Cart. Services, Equipment, and Packages that are associated with each other will be grouped together. Otherwise, each item may have its own stand-alone line in the Submit Request page. For each piece of Equipment, Users have the option to link and unlink Services and Equipment together by clicking on the Link (Link IconImage Removed) icon under the Delete (Delete IconImage Removed) icon.

To submit a new Request first, submit Order Details for each Service, Equipment, or Package.

Save for Later

Draft Requests

After all of the Order Details are submitted, Users have the option to Save for Later wait until later or to Submit submit the Request right now. When a User selects to Save for Laterdecides to wait until later, the Request can be viewed and resumed on the Pending Requests page.If Approvals are required then the Request will be set to Pending Approval and can be reviewed on the Pending Requests page. Otherwise, after the Request has been submitted, Users are redirected to the Request Tracking pagein the Cart.

These drafts will remain in the Cart until they are either submitted or until they expire.

Expired Requests

After a period of time, Pending Requests will Expire.  Expired Requests along allow you to view the General Details (not individual item changes on Services/Standalone Equipment/Packages), and Delete the Request.  The period of time a Request has is configured by CC_REQUEST_EXPIRATION_DAYS, which has a default value of 30 days.

To view Expired Requests click the Show Expired RequestsImage Addedbutton to load the Expired Requests, and then the Show Current RequestsImage Added button to load the other Requests back after you have deleted unneeded Expired Requests.

When a Request is submitted successfully the User receives a summary of Request that was submitted. If Approvals are required then the Request will be set to Pending ApprovalRequest Tracking is available for Users to view the current status of their submitted Requests.
