PCR-360 makes it easy for Customers to select Service(s) they would like with the Service shopping page. These selections can be submitted as a Request to the Customer Service Reps to work on. Administrators can set what Services the Users can see on the CustomerCenter with the Orderable flag in the Services Catalog.
