PCR-360 can be upgraded from major versions without issue. PCR does not force upgrades on customers. However, it is recommended that you upgrade when possible in order to take advantage of improved application features.
PCR supports Bug Fixes for the current and the newest previous version. We will identify bugs in older versions, but the fix will be the need to upgrade to a supported version, as we will not patch unsupported versions.
For example, we currently support Bug Fixes for 2019.1 and. 2018.1 for PCR-360. If you currently have version 2.1.4.7 and you find a bug, the recommended fix will be to upgrade to either 2019.1 or 2018.1.
