Adding Remarks
button a data-entry form is displayed that provides the User with a free-form field used for entering Remarks. Click 'Save' to add the Remark.Edit Selected
button will open a data-entry form that displays the text of the Remark. From here a User can add any additional information that is desired to the Remark.Delete Selected
button will delete any existing Remark.
