There could be a number of reasons, but the most common is having too many records like Equipment, of a significant number of Actions on a single Order.

Service Aging is the process of removing old and irrelevant data from a Service ID when the Service has been removed from use so that the Service ID can be reused in the future.

When PCR-360 is upgraded sometimes a column name is changed to accommodate new functionality. Perspectives reference the database columns and any change to the underlying columns will break a Perspective. The old ones will need to be deleted and recreated.
