.Pending Requests v2018.1

The 'Pending Requests' page is where a User can check on the status of their Requests before they are submitted to the Requests Grid. All Saved Requests and Requests that require Approval and have not been approved yet will be displayed on this page.

Ready to Submit

The Pending Requests page is accessed by clicking on the Shopping > Ready to Submit menu navigation.

This opens the Pending Requests page which displays uncompleted and saved Requests. After submitting or saving a Request, you are redirected to this page. If your Request did not require Approval, it does not show up in this list since it has already been submitted. Each Request summary includes all of the Services and Equipment for the Request with the total upfront and monthly charges for the Request. The User may filter Requests by their status or by Request type.

Each Request contains a set of options to allow the User to view the Request summary or delete the Request by clicking on the appropriate links. If the Request has not been denied, the User may choose to submit the Request, add it to the existing Request, or edit the Request.

View Summary

The 'View Summary' link opens a dialog with a full listing of all the Services and Equipment that are included in the Request.

The Attachments, Remarks, and any Additional Information will be visible in the dialog that opens and for the User to review.

Add To Request

The 'Add To Request' link takes the User back to the shopping on the Services page. From here, the User select new Services or Equipment to Add to the Request. Any items added in this manner are added to a new Cart. When the User is done adding items in this manner, they are able to add any additional items to the existing saved Request.

Submit

The 'Submit' link sends a Saved Request to the Requests grid to be processed by a Customer Service Representative(CSR). Once a Request is submitted, a User can view them on the Request Tracking page.

Delete

The 'Delete' link removes the Request. This cannot be undone and so there is a Confirmation that will prompt the User to confirm that they meant to Delete. Once the User confirms the Delete, the Request is deleted.

Edit

The 'Edit' link loads an individual Service (and attached Equipment) or stand-alone Equipment into the cart. From there the User can edit the Order Details or change the Quantity of the Equipment.

Remove

The 'Remove' link allows the User to remove a Service or stand-alone Equipment from the Request. If the Service has Equipment attached to it, that Equipment is deleted as well.
