Threshold for Failed Logins Met

Purpose

The Threshold for Failed Logins Met Notification will tell send an email to the Administrator of PCR-360 to let them know that a User has failed to authenticate at login too many times. This allows the Admin to determine if the failed login attempts were valid failures or the result of a malicious intrusion attempt.

Recipient

The ##SYS_ADMIN_EMAIL## placeholder will inset the email for the PCR-360 Administrator into the To: field and is always included in the Notification.

Subject

The ##USER_USERID## placeholder will insert the User ID of the User who has failed to login too many times and is always included in the Notification.

Content

The email simply says "Login Failure" by default.
