(2024.2) Grid Counts
Getting The Count
The Count Report displays the total number of items on the current grid results. Until the user triggers the Count Report, the grid will display "Data Loaded" at the bottom of the grid.
By clicking on any Grid footer, the User can trigger the Count Report and see the result at the bottom of the grid it was started on, replacing the previously displayed "Data Loaded" message. When filtering on the Grid is updated, the count will be reset, so the User will need to retrieve the updated count once more. If a 'Report' is run on a Grid, PCR-360 will automatically retrieve the number of records found.
Paging Through A Grid
Because the Row Count is not displayed to a User on Grids within PCR-360, Users can only page through long lists of Grid results by manually moving through the results one page at a time. Once the Grid is counted, a User can jump arbitrarily to whatever page a User might wish to view.
To swiftly locate records, it is recommended to apply multiple filters and adjust how the papers are sorted to move the desired documents closer to the top of the results. For more information on Grids, please view our getting started page for Grid functionality.
If a User navigates beyond the range of found results, the Grid will display as though no results were located. Paging back will return the User to the last outcomes that were shown.
Once the Count is obtained, if a User attempts to navigate directly to a Page outside of the number of Pages occupied by records, the application will default to sending the User to the last page of results instead.
