Purpose

The Service Desk Log Approval Notification will send an email to Approver when they log an Approval.

Recipient

The ##SD_LOG_APPROVER_EMAIL## will send an email to the Contact that is assigned as an Approver for the related GLA Approval.

Content

The Service Desk item's number is inserted by the ##SD_NUMBER## placeholder and is always included in the email.
The Contact who approved the SD item is inserted by the ##SD_LOG_APPROVER## placeholder and is always included in the email.
The GLA that's approved is inserted by the ##GLA## placeholder and is always included in the email.
The Amount of the Approval is inserted by the ##AMOUNT## placeholder and is always included.
