Trackable Quantities on the Bill
Goals
- Display Charge Quantities on the ViewBill
- Track Charge Quantities on BillDetails grid
Background and strategic fit
Expanding the Bill data to include quantities allows customers to track more accurately the charges and amounts that they are being billed for.
Assumptions
- All Quantities on previous bills will not be updated
- ViewBill output will be longer (extended) since Charge Summary output will be grouped by Qty and Rate

User interaction and design
Change the existing Quantity label to read "# of Items" or "Count"
Add a new column to the Charge Line Items to display whole or fractional quantities and charge rate.
New GLA Split Percent, Quantity and Rate columns on the Bill Details grid

- No changes to Service Desk Labor Charges - Labor hours not treated as Charge Quantity
- No changes to Service Desk Equipment Charge descriptions.
