Administration

The Admin section of the PCR-360 application allows Users with certain Permissions to manage how the application operates by setting defaults and building the lists, processes, and templates that drive the system.

Admin Users can monitor their organization's billing reports, manage other Users and their Roles, and even set Holidays or Block Email Addresses.

The Admin section contains all the tools needed for administrative Users to configure and maintain their organization's PCR-360 application.

Admin Sub-Sections

Navigate to the Admin section by clicking on the 'Admin' tab located on the left margin of PCR-360.

This action displays a tree of the sub-sections within the Admin section.

  • Tenant Management allows Users to manage Tenants.
  • Audit lists all changes made in PCR-360 and records them for tracking purposes.
  • User Management allows Users to manage the Roles and Permissions of fellow Users within the organization.
  • Escalations/Notifications sub-section allows Users to determine the nature of how Users are notified when items require their attention.
  • Custom Logic sub-section to group all customized programming related to any given instance of PCR-360.
  • Crystal Reports (Deprecated) subsection that contains the Administration of Crystal Reports.
  • Billing sub-section that contains all of the Administration of Billing.
  • Service Desk allows Users to define many parameters that control how the Service Desk operates.
  • Imports/Exports provides Users with the ability to define the formats of files that may be imported into or exported from PCR-360.
  • System Tables sub-section populates many of the application's default lists and menus.
  • Call Types pages are used to define how calls are classified and rated.
  • User Defined Fields allow Users to define custom input elements on their forms.
  • Events allows Users to check the status of behind the scenes activity within PCR-360.
  • CustomerCenter Admin allows Users to manage the Theme the CustomerCenter uses to display things visually.
