The 'Manage Location 360 View' form will provide the User with a 360 Degree view of a given Location. From this form, the User will be able to see the Location's 'Details' as well as all the 'Contacts', 'Workgroups', 'Services', 'Equipment', and 'Service Desk' items associated with the Location.

Buttons

  • Add Remark button - will allow the User to create a 'Remark' on the Location Record.
  • Prev button - moves to the previous Location record in the grid.
  • Next button - moves to the next Location record in the grid.

Details

The 'Details' tab will show primary information like the 'Type', 'Warehouse', and any 'Remarks' associated with the Location.

Contacts

The 'Contacts' tab will list all the Contacts that are associated with the Location.

The '360 View' button will open the 'Contacts 360 View' form for the selected Location.

Workgroups

The 'Workgroups' tab will show all of the Workgroups that are assigned to a given Location.

Services

The 'Services' tab will show all the Services associated with the Location.

The '360 View' button will open the 'Service 360 View' form for the selected Location.

The 'Create New Service' button will open the 'Add New Service Order' wizard form. This will create an 'Add Location' action for the Location on a new Service Order.

The 'Create Service Order' button will open the 'Add New Service Order' wizard form. The Type of Action will depend on whether 'Charge' or 'Remove' is selected in the grid.

The 'Report Incident' button will open the 'Add New Incident' wizard form.

Equipment

The 'Equipment' tab will show all the Equipment associated with the Location.

The '360 View' button will open the 'Manage Equipment 360 View' form for the selected Location.

The 'Report Incident' button will open the 'Add New Incident' wizard form to create an Incident for the given piece of Location.

Service Desk

The 'Service Desk' tab will show all the Service Desk items that are associated with the Location.

The User can click the 'Edit Selected' button to edit the Service Desk item. The Service Desk form will open and be editable per the normal Service Desk rules.
