Services Catalog in CustomerCenter example

Both of the Services and Equipment pages are similar in that they allow Customers to request (v1) Services or (v1) Equipment. Items may be viewed in either a list or a grid format and the User has the option to search or sort the results. Both Services and Equipment may be organized into categories which are displayed in a list on the left column and also on the bottom underneath items which are not associated with a category. Clicking on a category title or the "View Services" button displays items or categories under that category. Categories with multiple services may continue to be nested with multiple Services under them. You may also click on the title or image of the Service/Equipment to view a more detailed page about that item.

To request a specific Service or Equipment, click on the green Request button. Some Services/Equipment may be only available at specific Locations, and you are required to specify one. After entering a Location, only items available to that Location are able to be added to a Request. Unavailable items will be greyed out but still displayed on the page. After clicking on the "Request" button for Service/Equipment that item will be added to your cart. Both Services and Equipment may be added to your cart in a single Request. If you are adding an Equipment and you already have a Service in your cart, you will be asked if you would like to associate the Equipment with the Service in your cart. After you are finished adding items to the Request, you may click on the cart icon in the upper right corner.
